Job summary

DESC is seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Support Services to lead a team delivering behavioral health and housing stabilization services to residents. You will supervise Clinical Support Specialists and Housing Stabilization Specialists, ensure documentation quality, and collaborate with project management on operational needs.

You will engage residents, plan integrated service strategies, coordinate with outside case management, and help maintain safe housing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of relevant work in human services, preferably with homelessness or related populations.
• One year supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Current Washington DOH Agency Affiliated Counselor credential or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Clinical Support Specialists and Housing Stabilization Specialists; oversee documentation standards.
• Coordinate on-site service delivery and supervise program residents and case managers.
• Develop Integrated Service Plans with residents and attached case managers to ensure housing stability.
• Coordinate with outside case management as needed and monitor progress of residents.
