Pride Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Case Management to support our client's healthcare team in Fayetteville, NC. The role is a 1-year contract with location coverage in Cumberland and Hoke Counties, NC.

Pay rate is $45-47 per hour, with Mon-Fri day shift. The RN will conduct patient assessments, inform care planning, and assist in managing patients through acute medical situations and short-term sub-acute rehab settings.

Competenze

• 1+ year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Valid RN license in NC.
• BLS certification.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher.
