Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with sensitive topics and diverse community.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written work.
  • Ability to liaise with a broad range of campus partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality under FERPA.

Responsibilities

  • Review reports to OIE and send communications per SOP.
  • Coordinate outreach with Claimants, Respondents, and Witnesses.
  • Manage case intake data in a confidential online database (Maxient).
  • Provide logistical support for hearings.
  • Maintain case records and redactions.
  • Prepare annual reports for the Executive Director.
  • Support training and outreach on Civil Rights and Title IX.
  • Assist with scheduling and travel as needed.
