Job summary

Elon University is seeking a Civil Rights Compliance Training and Case Manager on Elon Campus. This full-time role reports to the Director of Compliance and Title IX Coordinator and focuses on Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, and ADA/504 compliance through training and case management.

The position entails maintaining confidential files, intake of reports, and coordinated responses with campus leadership, while promoting an inclusive, diverse campus community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Student Affairs, HR training and development, HR Employee Relations, or Public Policy training and development.
• Experience in Title IX or Civil Rights compliance preferred.
• Strong facilitation, curriculum development or design experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Case management for Title IX and civil rights cases; manage reporting systems (Maxient and EthicsPoint).
• Train faculty, staff and students on civil rights compliance and reporting procedures.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Support informal resolutions and policy development related to Sexual Harassment and other protections.
• Promote inclusive community building and alignment with compliance needs.
