Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center is seeking a Case Aide to support the case management team, applying sound judgement to reunify unaccompanied children with sponsors while complying with local, state, and federal policies.

The role involves preparing Foster Parent records, reviewing compliance data, conducting Resource Family Home inspections, and coordinating with sponsors. Bilingual in Spanish preferred; associate degree or equivalent required; strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tangible support to the assigned case management team.
• Prepare, compile, submit, and maintain Foster Parent records and related information.
• Review ORR portal for compliance and input updates for safety and timely discharge.
• Escort UC, verify sponsor identity, and release custody to approved sponsor.
