Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center in Riverside, California seeks a case management assistant to support safety and wellbeing of children through intakes, transportation, and day-to-day functions. Travel 5–10 events per month may be required.

The role includes assessing relatives, coordinating travel, documenting reunifications, and participating in trainings. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years’ experience working with children and families.
• Attainment of at least 21 years of age.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety and service-related resources development prior to childs discharge.
• Provide transportation support to assigned case management team.
• Escort children, verify identification of approved sponsor and release custody of children to approved sponsor.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of reunification of children.
• Attending scheduled training related to positions.
• Provide day-to-day coverage within agency service facility.
