The service driven Night Auditor is responsible for checking guests in and out, handling overnight guest requests, answering phone calls, providing a memorable experience for all guests they interact with, and completing nightly shift reports.

We are currently looking for a: Cartoon Network Hotel Night Auditor

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, fun, and professional manner
2. Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
3. Utilize property management system to make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments, maintain a cash drawer and operate office equipment
4. Comply with all standard operating procedures
5. Ensure all end of day tasks are successfully executed
6. Listen attentively to guests, anticipate their needs, and promptly respond to concerns in a timely manner, to promote 100% guest satisfaction
7. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the property
8. Complete daily audit, balances, posts and reports on front desk, guestrooms, food and beverage cash and credit operations
9. Begin revenue reconciliation process by printing reports, completing daily spreadsheets, and emailing finance team
10. Perform rolling of property management system (PMS) into a new calendar day
11. Perform the duties of a Guest Experience Agent, promptly registering and assisting guests with their arrivals and departures
12. Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities
13. Perform wake-up calls, if requested by a guest
14. Coordinate the delivery of guest amenities, as needed
15. Prepare a reservation list for the next business day
16. Keep the front desk area clean and neat by sanitizing surfaces and office equipment
17. Promptly escalate any maintenance issues or emergencies to the appropriate authorities
18. All other duties assigned by leadership

Education and Experience:

1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred; Equivalent work experience will also be considered
2. 1+ year of previous Night Auditor or front desk experience is preferred but not required.

Language: Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Requirements:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with PA Child Labor Laws
2. Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
3. Must be willing to work overnight (third shift)
4. Must have reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shift
5. Ability to comply with all uniform policies
6. Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
7. Ability to portray a positive, outgoing, professional attitude
8. Ability to handle pressure and difficult situations with poise and finesse
9. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
10. Must possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
11. Ability to accurately use Point of Sale (POS) and/or other cash handling equipment
12. Ability to use office technology and equipment, such as PC, software, and copier
13. Must possess a general understanding of accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures
14. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
15. Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
2. Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday
3. Ability to occasionally stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders
4. Ability to remain sedentary for extended periods of time, while using a computer
5. Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing up to 20 pounds

Working Conditions:

1. This role will be based in an indoor lodging setting, predominantly at the front desk
2. Potential exposure to the variable outside temperatures on occasion, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, ice, and other weather conditions
3. Subject to frequent interruptions and may need to reprioritize activities
4. Subject to constant repetitive motion
