• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Drive selling behaviors, brand standards, and exceptional customer experience.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage to ensure smooth transactions and support.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and MCC/Extend services to increase retention.
• Oversee Knit & Sew Shop and related programs (Cut Bar experience).
• Ensure efficient execution of BOPIS and Same Day Delivery for omni-channel service.
