Partner Fr8 is growing our Houston team and seeking Carrier Specialists to build strong carrier relationships and ensure freight moves smoothly from pickup to delivery.

You will source reliable capacity, negotiate rates, track shipments, and support our business development team in delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong carrier relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Experience in logistics or sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
