• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal team members to support daily logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Source, locate, and qualify new carriers to support transportation and logistics operations.
• Make outbound calls to carriers and customers to coordinate shipments, gather updates, and support daily operational needs.
• Enter loads, dispatch carriers, provide shipment instructions, and prepare required documents in company software.
• Verify carrier information, support load tracking and tracing, and communicate shipment status with internal team members.
• Build and maintain positive carrier relationships while supporting rate discussions and negotiation activity.
• Work closely with the operations team to manage daily tasks, solve issues, and keep freight moving efficiently.
