Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international freight shipments, including LTL, last mile, drayage, and parcel shipments.
• Coordinate daily with warehouse locations to ensure accurate inbound and outbound logistics activity.
• Create shipping labels through FedEx, UPS, and USPS and coordinate parcel drop-offs as needed.
• Track shipments and communicate updates to internal teams, customers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate proactively with delivery drivers to ensure shipments are delivered correctly and on time.
• Support special projects and assist various departments with logistics and operations needs.
