Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in the logistics industry.
• Prior carrier vetting experience (preferred)
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and technological skills.
• Works well in a fast-paced team setting.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal/external customer service.
• Strong time management and ability to deliver on timely deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Vet carriers using onboarding platforms to confirm compliance.
• Make decisions on carrier usability if they do not meet requirements.
• Insurance policy validation.
• Review of freight guard reports.
• Review Watchdog reports.
• Provide archived files when needed.
• Communicate requests from employees for insurance riders.
• Ensure all carriers are monitored.
• Review loads on our surety bond and close out with federal customs and border patrol.
• Daily reviews of carriers with status changes/carrier 411 and safer watch alerts.
• Afterhours work on an on-call basis; serve as backup for track and trace.

Carrier Services Specialist Responsibilities

• Vet carriersusing our onboarding platforms to confirm compliance.
