Pallet Logistics of America is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to join our freight brokerage team. You will build and grow a network of trusted carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure shipments move smoothly from pickup to delivery.

You'll work closely with our Customer Sales team, track loads in our TMS, and provide exceptional service while managing administrative tasks such as POD requests and billing inquiries. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Carrier Network Development: Build and grow a network of trusted carriers, from onboarding new partners to strengthening existing relationships.
• Load Coverage: Post to load boards, make calls, negotiate rates, and secure carriers for opportunities.
• Customer Service: Partner with our Customer Sales team to meet deadlines and solve problems.
• Tracking and Tracing: Track shipments from pickup to delivery and update our TMS.
• Administrative Support: Handle POD requests, billing questions, and carrier accessorial requests.
