Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced noisy environment.
• Ability to manage multiple phone calls and prioritize urgency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leads and managers to cover shipments.
• Engage with carriers daily via phone.
• Ensure coverage for all assigned shipments.
• Maintain the four core principles of BM2 culture.
