Job summary

Western Alliance Logistics is seeking ambitious, results-driven sales professionals for an in-person role in Miami. You will start with a 2–3 week paid training program led by the Sales Manager, then advance into a role with clear career progression and unlimited growth potential.

Responsibilities include building relationships with U.S. carriers, sourcing capacity, negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and maintaining CRM notes.

Qualifications

• Competitive, motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment.
• English required; bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.
