You will find trucks for customers, negotiate rates, and ensure freight moves smoothly. No prior carrier sales experience required, with hands-on training provided. Expect a dynamic, target-driven environment with clear career growth.

Qualificações

• Carrier sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Natural negotiator who enjoys building relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Find and secure truckload capacity by negotiating rates with carriers on a spot and transactional basis.
• Meet individual, team, and company revenue and margin goals.
• Prospect new carriers and grow your network of reliable capacity.
• Use our proprietary technology platform to match carriers with customer freight.
• Track shipments and ensure freight is picked up and delivered on time.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep loads on track.
• Other duties as assigned
