Job summary

PLS Logistics Services is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help ship freight nationwide, 24/7/365. You will develop a client portfolio, negotiate pricing, and serve customers with a full training program and ongoing coaching.

Starting salary is $52,000 with unlimited PTO and comprehensive benefits. The role includes uncapped commissions starting in the first week of training, plus growth opportunities and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Logistics brokerage experience preferred.
• Self-motivated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn about PLS Logistics Services and the logistics industry.
• Develop a client portfolio by cold calling using provided leads.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals and manage client service issues to resolution.
• Maintain accurate updates in the tracking system and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
