Job summary

A&Z Trucking seeks an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to manage carrier relationships, secure temperature-controlled capacity, and ensure operational excellence. The role covers proactive carrier engagement and weekend coverage with a focus on compliance and safe transport.

You will analyze market trends, set pricing, and negotiate freight rates while coordinating reefer logistics to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience handling Reefer/Refrigerated freight operations.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with a variety of industry tools: TMS (Tuvo), Highway, Carrier411, DAT, Parade, Chain, Qued, MS Office, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently during weekend coverage hours.

Driven by rapid organizational growth, A&Z Trucking has an immediate opening for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative. This position is responsible for managing carrier relationships, securing temperature-controlled capacity, and ensuring operational excellence.

Schedule & Coverage

• Days: Thursday through Monday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Analyze market trends to set pricing and negotiate freight rates effectively.
