Amnex Solutions Corp in Chicago seeks a Carrier Sales Representative to find capacity, negotiate rates, and build lasting carrier relationships across nationwide lanes.

You will work with brokerage and operations teams to cover freight at competitive rates, manage shipments, and grow the carrier network. Base salary plus commission with comprehensive benefits.

Strong negotiation, multi-shipment management, and independent work style are valued.

Competenze

• 1–3+ years of carrier sales or related experience.
• Strong understanding of OTR freight markets.
• Knowledge of truckload and LTL operations.
• Familiarity with dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck equipment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Clear communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Sound judgment under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and follow through.
