Job summary

Amnex Solutions Corp. is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to secure capacity across nationwide lanes. You will source, vet, and manage carriers to ensure cost-effective coverage and strong relationships beyond one-off bookings.

You will negotiate margins, track shipments, and resolve issues with carriers, brokerage, and operations teams. Prior freight experience and familiarity with TMS are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in carrier sales, dispatch, freight brokerage, or transportation operations.
• Existing carrier relationships are a plus.
• Experience with truckload and LTL freight preferred.
• Familiarity with TMS and carrier compliance platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure capacity for FTL, LTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and specialized freight.
• Build and manage a reliable carrier network beyond single bookings.
• Negotiate rates to meet margin targets.
• Track shipments and resolve issues like missed pickups and delays.
• Collaborate with brokerage and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Vet and manage carriers using Carrier411, RMIS, and Turvo.
• Develop repeat carrier relationships on core lanes and handle after-hours issues when needed.

Amnex Solutions is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to secure capacity across OTR freight. This role is responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing carriers to ensure consistent, cost-effective coverage across nationwide lanes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and secure capacity for:
  • Full Truckload (FTL)
  • Less-Than-Truckload (LTL)
  • Dry Van
  • Reefer
  • Flatbed
  • Specialized/Open Deck Freight
• Build and manage a reliable carrier network (not just one-off bookings)
• Negotiate rates with carriers to achieve margin targets
• Track shipments and proactively resolve issues such as missed pickups, service failures, delays, and breakdowns
• Work closely with brokerage and operations teams to ensure smooth execution from pickup through delivery
• Use tools such as Carrier411, RMIS, and Turvo to vet and manage carriers
• Develop repeat carrier relationships on core lanes to improve service consistency and reduce spot market exposure
• Assist with after-hours issues when necessary

Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission
