Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight brokerage or logistics sales.
• Ability to source, close, and manage freight cradle-to-grave.
• Knowledge of OTR truckload, intermodal, or drayage.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with TMS, load boards, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Operational Execution from quoting to invoicing and tracking.
