Job Description

Position: Carrier Sales Manager

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000 per year

We are seeking a driven Carrier Sales Manager with extensive connections in the private fleet space to join our fast-paced, mission-focused team.

What You'll Do
  1. Identify and close new private fleet partnerships to drive revenue
  2. Deliver product demos and onboard new fleets onto the Client platform
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet partners
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to craft and execute sales strategies
  5. Accurately track all sales activity and interactions using HubSpot CRM
  6. Align with marketing to enhance proposals, sales decks, and other collateral
  7. Provide product feedback to developers for platform enhancements
  8. Represent Client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  9. Contribute to company strategy, direction, and growth plans
What We're Looking For
  1. 2+ years of experience successfully onboarding private fleets to haul 3rd-party freight
  2. 3+ years of carrier sales experience within a freight brokerage
  3. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficiency with Excel and strong analytical capabilities
  6. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  7. Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools
  8. Willingness to travel as needed
  9. Nice to Have: Startup experience, Bachelor's degree, Sales management background, SQL/VBA skills
