- Have a basic understanding of the RAC market, well-know about RAC and LCAC products. Work closely with the channel network, collect market information, analyze products between Midea and other brands, and propose 3-year product planning and suggestions for product optimization and improvement for the US market based on market demand.
- Cooperate with BU and China team for channel expansion and customer development of the Professional channel, and simultaneously create a market channel map and share it with the China headquarters.
- Assist the BU in formulating and implementing marketing plans suitable for the market, to improve brand exposure and increase sell-out sales.
- Assist the BU in managing purchase, sales, and inventory, provide early warnings, and propose solutions when inventory levels are unreasonable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience and knowledge of the Air Conditioner Industry and OBM market segments.
- Good client resources in the HVAC industry.
- Good understanding of US geography and cultural background.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, capable of managing multiple projects.
- Willing to work remotely with frequent domestic travel within the US.
