Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of designated freight zone.
• Manage P&L ensuring load booking and profitability goals.
• Provide support to Carrier Account Managers.
• Support ongoing training and development for sales reps.
• Assist Account Managers with feedback on quoting opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide tactical coaching and feedback.
• Participate in hiring and retention of Carrier Account Managers.
