Spot Freight, Inc. is seeking a Carrier Sales Manager to lead and develop all Carrier Sales Zone Managers in the local office.

You will bridge tactical execution with regional strategy to drive performance, load volume, service quality, and profitability across zones. The role requires 4-6 years in freight brokerage/logistics with proven leadership experience and a track record of achieving volume and margin goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 4-6 years freight brokerage/logistics experience.
• Minimum 2 years managing people or leading leaders.
• Proven track record hitting load volume and margin goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Carrier Sales Zone Managers within the local office.
• Drive office-wide alignment on load booking, margin, service standards, and efficiency targets.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention for Zone Managers and Carrier Account Managers.
• Act as primary escalation point for major operational issues and disputes.
