Job summary

AMNEX SOLUTIONS CORP is looking for a Carrier Sales Representative based in Lisle, Illinois. This role involves sourcing and managing carriers for OTR freight, ensuring consistent, cost-effective coverage. You will work closely with the brokerage and operations teams to cover loads and develop strong carrier relationships.

The ideal candidate should have 1–3+ years of experience in carrier sales or freight brokerage, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure. A compensation package includes a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in carrier sales, dispatch, freight brokerage, or transportation operations.
• Existing carrier relationships are a plus.
• Experience with truckload and LTL freight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure capacity for Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL).
• Build and manage a reliable carrier network.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to achieve margin targets.
• Track shipments and resolve issues proactively.
• Work closely with brokerage and operations teams.
