• Strong knowledge of OTR truckload, intermodal, or port drayage operations.

• Identify and develop new shipper accounts across OTR and drayage segments.
• Manage loads from quoting to invoicing and resolve issues swiftly.
• Build trust-based relationships with shippers and carriers.
