Job summary

Responsibilities

Source carrier capacity and manage carrier relationships.
Arrange pick-up and delivery appointments with carriers and customers.
Negotiate rates and book loads with carriers.
Build and expand carrier portfolio through outreach and cold calling.
Provide reliable service to internal stakeholders and carriers; meet/exceed metrics.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service on transportation solutions.
Procure new carriers based on volume and lane density.
Monitor shipping lanes, geography, seasonality, and market trends.
