Map Transit in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Senior Carrier Sales Representative to join our team. You will help grow our carrier network, manage high-volume customer freight, and contribute to the success of our Carrier Sales team.

You’ll have the opportunity to build strong carrier relationships, negotiate competitive rates, and independently manage shipments from pickup through delivery. We’re looking for someone who understands freight brokerage and takes pride in delivering

Responsibilities

• Book and manage carriers for high-volume customer freight.
• Develop and maintain reliable carrier relationships across multiple lanes.
• Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service expectations.
• Independently track and manage loads from pickup through delivery.
• Proactively address service issues and elevate when needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed load information in our internal systems.
• Share market insights and carrier strategies with the team.
• Assist in mentoring and supporting entry-level team members.
• Work closely with the Carrier Sales Manager and the rest of the team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $60,000 base salary + commission
