Speedy Freight USA is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to build and manage carrier relationships across the US from our Dallas hub. You will act as a key liaison between franchise partners, carriers, and customers to support daily operations and ensure seamless delivery execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with negotiation experience.
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage carrier relationships across the US.
• Support franchisees with load coverage and operational execution.
• Negotiate rates and deliver cost-effective transport solutions.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time performance and POD completion.
• Manage KPIs and resolve service issues quickly.
• Collaborate with sales teams and franchise owners to deliver the best outcomes.
