Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ industry experience with proven results.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of carrier rate information.
• Flexibility to work various schedules as dictated by business needs.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with contracted carriers.
• Recruit and onboard carriers to meet capacity needs.
• Monitor data and trends to expand carrier networks.
• Collaborate with customers on operational support.
• Create SOPs for customers to optimize shipments.
• Evaluate KPIs to assess carrier relationships.
• Work with sales to develop new business opportunities and customers.
• Lead improvement projects for regions or the department.
• Utilize routing software to optimize carrier contracts.
