Job summary

Riverstone Logistics in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager, Carrier Relations to optimize the carrier network post‑onboarding. You will oversee contract governance, performance management, and strategic partnerships with top‑performing carriers to improve service quality and cost efficiency.

This leadership role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration across Operations, Risk, Finance, and Customer teams to drive sustainable network health and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in logistics, final mile, carrier management, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience managing third‑party carrier networks at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation and rate management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement and operational discipline.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support operations with carrier performance across client metrics (on-time delivery, installation quality, claims, CSAT).
• Establish and manage risk scorecards and ensure contract compliance post‑onboarding.
• Develop strategic carrier partnerships to expand capacity and capabilities.
• Identify network gaps and inform future recruiting priorities in collaboration with Carrier Capacity.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Finance, and Customer teams for escalations and governance.
