C.H. Robinson is seeking a Capacity Portfolio Representative to blend inside sales, account management, and operations. You will manage a portfolio of carriers, ensure the right truck matches shipments, and deliver exceptional service by collaborating with owners, dispatchers, and drivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in inside sales and account management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Monitor account activity and reactivate inactive or underutilized accounts.
• Post, negotiate, and secure available capacity to meet customer needs.
• Provide outstanding service by addressing carrier issues promptly and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on shipment updates and operational execution.
