You will match the right truck to the right shipment, drive carrier satisfaction, and support pricing decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers in-person collaboration four days a week with one remote day, comprehensive onboarding, and opportunities to grow your sales and logistics expertise across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, account management, and carrier relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance speed with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Monitor account activity and reactivate inactive or underutilized accounts.
• Use booking and tracking tools to improve carrier satisfaction and efficiency.
