Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Learn carriers' goals, preferences, and capabilities to maximize satisfaction.
• Monitor account activity and reactivate inactive or underutilized accounts.
• Leverage automated booking products and carrier portals to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams on shipment updates and problem resolution.
