Qualifications

• Proven track record in setting enterprise-level policies and governance frameworks.
• Ability to craft executive narratives for C-suite audiences.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Carrier Operations & Governance to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own governance and operational oversight for carrier and supplier management, with a strong focus on policy design, compliance monitoring, and margin discipline. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen operational controls, improve visibility into risk and performance, and ensure supplier processes scale effectively. The position also calls for clear executive communication and data-driven decision-making in a highly dynamic environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $155,520 - $228,700 annually
