Ladders is seeking a Credit Risk Analytics and Reporting Manager to lead consumer credit risk analytics and reporting. You will own automation of the risk reporting suite, strengthen data ingestion and transformation, and partner with senior risk stakeholders to shape analytics roadmaps.

This remote US-based role emphasizes data accuracy, security, and cross-functional collaboration to drive risk insights and decision support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of consumer credit risk analytics experience.
• Proven ability to present and defend risk positions with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL required; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit performance across the consumer portfolio and identify trends.
• Manage the end-to-end automation of the risk reporting suite.
• Engage with senior risk stakeholders and drive the program roadmap.
• Ensure accurate and secure data through data pipeline management.
• Develop data ingestion and transformation capabilities.
