Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division. You will manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, accurate billing, and overall customer satisfaction.

The role offers hourly pay $18.00-$20.00 with a Monday–Friday schedule, eligibility for benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a Fortune 500 logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more years related experience required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Update orders on RTBS report and coordinate scheduling with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related documents for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and update system to enable invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
