Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and related experience required.
• One year or more related experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Operations/Logistics background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and forward to Network Carriers.
• Update RTBS reports and work with Carriers to schedule orders.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and RA clarifications for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly.
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and obtain POD or survey customers to confirm delivery.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
