Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience or sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve carrier inquiries.
• Coordinate load management with Spot internal teams as needed.
• Answer incoming calls, audit load information, and enter load data.
• Track and trace booked shipments as required.
