Job summary

Spot Freight, Inc. is hiring a Carrier Account Coordinator in Chicago to support existing accounts and ensure freight and services arrive safely and on time. You will coordinate with carriers, perform load management, and maintain service commitments with empathy and promptness.

The role requires strong communication, a service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Onsite five days a week in Chicago, IL, with non-exempt status and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction and address carrier inquiries.
• Follow established processes to maintain consistent operations.
• Coordinate load management with Spot teams when needed.
• Answer incoming calls, audit load information, and enter bookings.
• Track and trace shipments as required.
