Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve carrier inquiries.
• Coordinate load management with internal Spot teams and carrier services as needed.
• Answer incoming calls, audit load information, and enter load data when booking loads.
• Track and trace booked shipments as required.
