Job summary

Uber Freight seeks a Carrier Manager to oversee end-to-end route guide management, bid execution, post-bid analytics,carrier onboarding and performance management onsite at a customer warehouse in Rural Hall, NC. The role requires onsite presence five days a week with occasional work at a Winston-Salem office.

Responsibilities include evaluating carrier compliance, bid results, and cost outside contracted rates while supporting KPI reviews and procurement support.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in carrier management and cost efficiency.
• Experience with KPI review and data analysis to drive improvements.
• Familiarity with transportation procurement processes and onboarding.

• Support KPI reviews and proactive analytics to identify improvements.
• Coordinate carrier onboarding and EDI/carrier portal setup.
