Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in technical, solutions-oriented teams.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of financial drivers and strategic growth.
• Deep experience with complex IT enterprise environments, security frameworks, and deployment strategies.
• Extensive background in mobile technology and carrier networks (5G, Private Networks, Network Slicing) and MDM.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and strategically evolve the Carrier Field Engineering team, ensuring its capabilities align with platform and solution growth strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Finance, both internally and with carrier partners, to develop and execute business strategies, long-range plans, and technical goals.
• Drive complex, high-impact business initiatives that secure critical outcomes and accelerate growth.
• Identify emerging wireless industry trends and integrate them into growth initiatives, keeping the organization ahead of market shifts.
• Continuously improve the customer journey and core operations to increase efficiency and scale the business.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Navigate challenging technical and business discussions with confidence, remaining composed under pressure.
• Make informed, impactful decisions with sound judgment, even in ambiguous situations.
• Mentor and enable team members, fostering curiosity and deepening expertise across Apple's ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams, Carrier partners, and customers.
