Apple Inc. Newark, NJ seeks a Carrier Field Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Field Engineers.

You will partner with US carrier partners and enterprise customers to drive adoption of Apple technologies and ensure seamless integration across hardware, software, and services. You will balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, shape cross‑functional plans with Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Finance, mentor engineers, and accelerate growth by removing technical

Qualifications

7+ years leading technical, solutions-oriented teams.
Strong business acumen with financial drivers and strategic planning for sustainable growth.
Extensive experience in complex IT enterprise environments, deployment strategies, security frameworks, and mobile architectures.
Background in mobile technology and carrier networks (5G, Private Networks).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve the Carrier Field Engineering team to align with growth strategies.
Partner withSales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Finance, internally and with carrier partners, to develop long-range plans and technical goals.
Drive high-impact initiatives that secure outcomes and accelerate growth.
Identify wireless industry trends and integrate into growth initiatives.
Improve customer journey and core operations for efficiency and scale.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Navigate challenging discussions with confidence and calm under pressure.
Make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
Mentor and enable team members, deepening expertise across Apple ecosystem.
Build and maintain relationships across internal teams, Carrier partners, and customers.
