Qualifications

Approximately 7 plus years of experience leading technical, solutions-oriented teams.
Strong business acumen, including an understanding of financial drivers and strategic planning for sustainable growth.
Profound understanding and experience with complex IT enterprise environments, including deployment strategies, security frameworks, and mobile architectures.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and strategically evolve the Carrier Field Engineering team, ensuring its capabilities align with platform and solution growth strategies.
Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Finance, both internally and with carrier partners, to develop and execute business strategies, long-range plans, and technical goals.
Drive complex, high-impact business initiatives that secure critical outcomes and accelerate growth.
Identify emerging wireless industry trends and integrate them into growth initiatives, keeping the organization ahead of market shifts.
Continuously improve the customer journey and core operations to increase efficiency and scale the business.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Navigate challenging technical and business discussions with confidence, remaining composed under pressure.
Make informed, impactful decisions with sound judgment, even in ambiguous situations.
Mentor and enable team members, fostering curiosity and deepening expertise across Apple's ecosystem.
Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams, Carrier partners, and customers.
