Apple Inc. is seeking a Carrier Field Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of Field Engineers serving major US Carrier partners and their enterprise clients.

You will drive adoption of Apple technologies, remove technical barriers, and align cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that transform how enterprises operate on Apple platforms. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, build strong relationships with carrier partners and internal teams,

Qualifications

• Approximately 7+ years of experience leading technical, solutions-oriented teams.
• Strong business acumen, including an understanding of financial drivers and strategic planning for sustainable growth.
• Profound understanding and experience with complex IT enterprise environments, including deployment strategies, security frameworks, and mobile architectures.
• Extensive background in mobile technology and solutions, including carrier network infrastructure (e.g., 5G, Private Networks, Network Slicing), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and advanced security solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and strategically evolve the Carrier Field Engineering team, ensuring its capabilities align with platform and solution growth strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, and Finance, both internally and with carrier partners, to develop and execute business strategies, long-range plans, and technical goals.
• Drive complex, high-impact business initiatives that secure critical outcomes and accelerate growth.
• Identify emerging wireless industry trends and integrate them into growth initiatives, keeping the organization ahead of market shifts.
• Continuously improve the customer journey and core operations to increase efficiency and scale the business.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
