Qualifications

• 3 years of claims and/or carrier lead compliance experience in logistics; 5 years in the industry preferred.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience minimum preferred.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF and other programs.
• Familiarity with Google Drive (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) preferred.
• Customer-service minded.
• Proactively follow up on assigned projects.
• Ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining accuracy in work.
• Desire to take initiative in work.
• Ability to work well with a team and independently.
• Customer and carrier contract knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads in thoroughly investigating and settling claims, including OS&D, Bond, and Property Damage.
• Support all carrier compliance duties, including Highway updates and carrier approval requests.
• Assist in the carrier vetting and carrier onboarding process.
• Monitor changes in the transportation industry, including government regulations.
• Escalation point of contact for all departments when OS&D occur.
• Conducts internal audits of procurement operations.
• Conducts risk management training including new-hire orientations.
• Ensure T1’s standards for safety and compliance policies are maintained.
