Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with carriers for optimal purchase rates to hit revenue and margin goals.
• Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Manage freight in transit and monitor on-time pickup and delivery.
• Utilize Carrier360 to tender loads and maintain shipment records.
• Communicate service issues to reduce costs and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service and safety.
• Leverage Carrier360 to expand carrier base and improve efficiency.
• Verify carrier authenticity and tracking prior to pickup.
• Keep abreast of market trends to refine negotiation tactics.
