You will market the Carrier360 platform to carriers, establish and maintain a carrier base, and ensure timely freight coverage with best-in-class service execution.

The role emphasizes high-performance in freight brokerage, negotiation strategy, and capacity management to drive growth and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–4 years in transportation/logistics or related areas.
• Proven ability to negotiate rates, manage carrier relationships, and drive margins.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across shifts including nights/weekends if needed.
• Experience with carrier onboarding, tracking, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies to negotiate optimal purchase rates to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Manage freight in transit and monitor movement for on-time pickup/delivery.
• Utilize Carrier360 to tender loads and maintain shipment records.
• Communicate service issues to minimize cost and improve operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe, best-in-class service.
• Develop carrier base relationships and optimize routing guides.
• Evaluate pricing with internal partners to align with market rates.
